Cooking up a storm at arts centre

A two hour workshop called 'Cooking Up a Storm' is being held at the Mid Wales Arts Centre ear Caersws on Sunday.
Pat Edwards is leading the two hour workshop in response to Rosemary Terry's installation The Projected Kitchen in the Sculpture Hall at the centre.
The event will take place on Sunday, 23 August between 1.30-3.30 pm.
"The installation explores the domestic, the surreal and the immediacy of familiar kitchen objects such as giant wooden rolling pins, colanders and furniture," said a centre spokesperson.
"Poets of any level of experience are invited to experiment with both the concrete and the abstract when considering what our kitchens mean to us, how we inhabit them and why they have such an interesting history. What does the song say - "you'll always find me in the kitchen at parties"?
