Urgent appeal for missing 70-year-old woman

Police have issued an urgent appeal for a 70-year-old woman who has gone missing.

Dorothy Humphries of Llanbrynmair was reported missing early today. She was last seen at 6pm on Saturday night.

"Dorothy was reported missing in the early hours of this morning," said a Dyfed Powys Police spokesperson.

"She is described as 5ft 8in tall and of large build, has mid-length grey hair, wears glasses, and is thought to be wearing a black and white T-shirt, dark trousers and a purple cardigan.

"She is believed to be on foot, but does have significant difficulty walking."
