More smiles for the NHS and our community

Smiles continue in our community with more and more rainbow posters appearing in streets and villages throughout the area.

Reader Paul Jacques from Tregynon has sent us photos of some of the posters appearing in the village.

He said he hoped it would emphasise the importance of the NHS and its staff to children and residents overall in the current COVID-19 situation.

He said: "Hi having seen your article on the posters at St Mary's School please see attached photos of the amazing posters that the children of Tregynon have produced to show their support for the NHS and what it means to us. I thought its really sad to see an empty park with warning tape so we decided to make it a competition to engage the children and teach them the importance of our NHS and how to stay safe and be a good community. "
