Have your say on Newtown's 'Place Plan'

Residents and businesses can today drop into Newtown Town Council to have their say on the current consultation into the future of the town.

The Newtown Place Plan has been underway for some time and is looking at open spaces, play areas, allotments, design and character, facilities, business and tourism, climate and other elements that could affect the future of the town.

Public meetings have already been held and today the latest Place Plan event will allow people to drop into the Newtown Town Council offices at The Cross on Broad Street between 3pm and 7pm to view the latest information.
