Newtown's knit and natterers have raised £274 for charity after hosting a 'Wear It Pink' afternoon.
Knit and Natter is a group that meets weekly to knit and have a catch up
"We had a “Pink “ quiz, a raffle tea and cake and a tribute dance for all those who have had their lives blighted by breast cancer by our own Pink Ladies," said Paula Roberts of the group.
"We all then joined in the Zumba Breast Cancer dance Historia."
On Wednesday many of the ladies also took part in a Pink Zumba class with Lorraine Sharp who donated her fees. In total they raised £274.
