Police appeal for witnesses to two men acting suspiciously

The hunt is on for two men who entered a woman's house in Newtown before being confronted.

Police have issued an appeal after the incident at Lon Rhosod at 3.45pm today (Wednesday).

"The two Males entered a property in Lon Rhosod before being confronted by the owner who was a lone female. They then left on foot towards the direction of Lon Pinwydd," said PC Michelle Williams.

"The one male is described as being white, slim build with stubble on his face, he was wearing a light grey hooded top with the hood up, aged in his 40s.

"The second male was described as white, slim build wearing a light blue hooded top again with the hood up. Age unknown.

"Any persons with possible sightings of the males on the date and time mentioned please contact Newtown police station on 101 quoting ref DP-20191009-197."
