What the Victorians did to local churches will be the subject of a talk in Newtown on Thursday evening.
Newtown and District Civic Society's meeting this month will be a talk by Edward Parry entitled 'Vandals or Saviours? What the Victorians did to our
local churches.;
The meeting is at the Crescent Christian Centre at 7.30pm on Thursday, 10 October.
It is free for Civic Society members with visitors asked for £3 which includes refreshments afterwards.
