The drover roads around Newtown will be the subject of a talk at Newtown textile Museum next week.
The museum on Commercial Street continues its series of end of season events with a talk about the drover roads surrounding the town that were used to move livestock around the country.
The talk is organised by Clwyd Powys Archaeological Trust's Dr Cyllene Griffiths on drover roads and the archaeology of sheep farming in Wales on Friday, 27 September from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
Tickets are £3 and doors will open at 6.30pm for visitors to see the museum first.
