Free first aid training for charities and voluntary groups

Charities and organisations in Newtown are being urged take up an offer from St John Ambulance to provide free first aid training.

Newtown-based PAVO is helping publicise the ‘Save a Life September’ campaign being run by St John Ambulance.

It provides training to people working in charities and voluntary groups.

“Are you a charity or organisation working with people on a day-to-day basis? Would you know what to do if someone needed first aid treatment?St John Cymru are offering free first aid training in their "Save a Life September Campaign," said a PAVO spokesperson.
