Police investigate an assault at a Newtown bus stop

Police are investigating an assault that allegedly happened at the bus stop near Trehafren.

PC Tanya Jarman said the incident happened at 11am on Friday, 14 June. They have not said how many people were involved or what injuries were sustained.

PC Jarman urged anyone who might have witnessed the incident to contact them at Newtown Police Station by telephoning 101.
