Police appeal for assault witnesses

Police are investigating an assault at a Newtown venue.

They have issued an appeal for witnesses after a woman was punched in the face by another woman at The Steam Mill on Monday, 6 May.

"A female was punched to the face at around 12.30pm on Bank Holiday Monday 6th May 2019. The incident took place between the bar and the dance floor.

"If anyone has witnessed the assault or can name the female responsible then please contact PC 721 Richards at Newtown Police Station on 101," said PC Hannah Richards.
