Llandinam's Beverley is named Ms Galaxy Ireland

Llandinam beauty queen Beverley Roberts was tonight crowned Ms Galaxy Ireland in Belfast.

Beverley was representing her late grandmother’s home of Galway in the Belfast final and said she knew her Grandmother Mary Shanley would be so proud of her.

“I’m so honoured and humbled to be representing Galway where my grandmother Mary Shanley was from. I know she is watching me and would be so proud,” said Beverley.

She now heads to the USA in August to bid for the international titleof Ms Galaxy 2019.
