Three motorbikes stolen in raid on business

Three motorbikes have been stolen during a raid on a Newtown business.

It is understood thieves broke into the Freestyle Bike premises on the St Giles Business Park on Saturday morning.

Doors were forced open to gain access to the vehicles which were taken.

A tweet from Freestyle Bikes Youth Enduro Team urged people to be on the look out for the motorbikes following the break-in.

The company has been targeted on at least two previous occasions in recent years with police arresting some thieves during one attempt.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Newtown Police on 101.
