Police have appealed for witnesses to a "violent assault" that took place in Newtown last weekend.
A man and a group of youths were involved in the incident at the Bear Lanes Shopping Centre, according to police.
"The incident occurred at approximately 3.30pm. A verbal and physical altercation took place between a male and a group of youths," said PC Hannah Richards.
"This was a violent incident that occurred in a busy shopping centre on a Saturday afternoon and police are appealing for any independent witnesses to assist with their investigation. Please contact PC Hannah Richards at Newtown Police Station if you have any information."
