Newtown parents and carers can discuss the proposals Powys County Council has for its specialist centres as part of its Additional Learning Needs provision in the area.
The Additional Learning Needs team is holding a ‘round the table’ discussion in Welshpool on 6 March between 1.30pm and 3pm.
“These meetings are a follow-on from a series of informal discussion events held with parents/carers in recent weeks,” said a council spokesperson.
“This informal discussion event is intended to provide parents/carers with the feedback that the ALN Team has received with regard the Specialist Centres and a further opportunity for anymore views or suggestions to be put forward.”
