Powys County Council has this afternoon said its joint venture company with construction firm Kier has now filed its accounts.
The Heart of Wales Property Services company, which has a base in Newtown, had until today to file its accounts with Companies House after failing to meet an earlier deadline in December.
A statement by Companies House in the Gazette today said: “The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless
“Upon dissolution, all property rights, vested in or held in trust for the company, are deemed to be bona vacantia and accordingly will belong to the crown.”
This afternoon, Powys County Council issued a statement saying HOWPS had filed its accounts on Monday.
Council Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance, Councillor Aled Davies said; “The county council has received confirmation that Heart of Wales Property Services has filed their statutory accounts with Companies House.”
