A Llanidloes pub has raised more than £300 for the Newtown-based Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre.

Guests enjoyed a splendid afternoon with traditional homemade scones, an array of finger sandwiches and a lovely cup of tea to name but a few and of treats on offer, of course, there was also the opportunity to sample the large selection of flavoured gin and tonics on offer.
Landlady and host, Sarah Board, said: "It was fantastic to see so many come together for such a worthy cause raising a fabulous £303 for the local men, women and children experiencing domestic abuse.
"We believe it is important to support charities who play such an important role in our community."
