Hub cap thieves don't give up for Christmas

A spate of thefts of car wheel hubcaps in Llanidloes spread to Newtown during the Christmas break.
Several thefts were reported in the run-up to the festive period in Llanidloes and a thief struck in Newtown on Boxing Day night or the early hours of today (Thursday).

"Sometime overnight on the 26/12/2018 – 27/12/2018 the centre caps of the wheels has been stolen from a Mitsubishi vehicle that was parked in the Crescent Gardens area of Newtown,"said a Dyfed Powys Polices spokesperson.
"If anyone has any information please contact Dyfed Powys police on 101."
