HIRE DESK CONTROLLER

Due to ongoing expansion of SDW Construction we are looking for a new individual to join our plant hire team.

The position is full time and permanent.

Salary negotiable depending on applicant’s previous experience, holiday allowance and inclusion into company pension scheme.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role will be primarily working on the hire desk where you will be striving to exceed customer expectations.

• You will be required to coordinate the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection.

• You will be required to build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.

• You will be working with the sales team to maximise the sales opportunity.

SKILLS REQUIRED

To be considered for this role we are looking for someone who is/has:

• To be computer literate.

• With previous experience in the hire/construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.

• Customer focused and possess excellent administration and organisational skills.

• Excellent face to face and telephone communication skills.

• Full UK driving licence essential
