Finance Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Fixed Term Credit Accounting team within the Finance Department. This role will be based at our Shared Service Centre, Unit 39, Mochdre Industrial Park, Newtown.  

The role is full -time, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include the analysis and reconciliation of Fixed Term Credit agreements opened for customer orders, liaising with the Contact Centre and Retail Stores to ensure that all sales and payments are reflected accurately.  The candidate will also be involved with the monitoring of loans and associated orders to completion stage, resolving discrepancies, and achieving successful payment settlement.

Candidates must be computer literate, possess good communication skills, be confident working on their own initiative within tight deadlines, have sound knowledge of Excel and be educated to a minimum GCSE standard, or equivalent, with passes in Maths and English. A methodical approach to work is essential.
