Police have today confirmed three youths have been arrested in connection with a fire in a barn near Kerry.
Fire crews from Montgomery and Newtown were called to a small blaze in a corner of the building near the village at around 1pm yesterday.
Firefighters believed the blaze had been caused deliberately.
A Dyfed Powys Police spokesperson confirmed the arrests today.
"Three youths were arrested on suspicion of arson and have since been released under investigation pending further police enquiries. Anyone with information is asked to contact PC 878 Vicki Barnes at Newtown Police Station by calling 101."
