Maesyrhandir took three crucial points to ease their relegation worries in the Montgomeryshire Amateur League, but they left it late.

The Newtown side staged a tremendous comeback against bottom side Caersws Reserves who were reduced to 10 men whilst leading 1-0 through debutant Conrad Galloway.

Late goals from Jack Carroll and Jack Jarman were enough for Maesyrhandir to pull clear of the bottom two, and leave the Bluebirds in trouble at the foot of the table.

Mitsubishi Two leaders Llangedwyn went nine points clear with a 2-1 win Abermule Reserves while Llanfechain and Kerry Reserves shared four goals.
