Over £1,000 has been raised for the Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre in Newtown through an event held in Llanidloes.

Owners Jason and Bex Jones and all the staff and volunteers at X-Angelus Tattoo Studio hosted the event, with special guest Santa.

Jason said: “There was a fantastic atmosphere and it was great to see so many people come out and support this crucial local charity."

Every year the X-Angelus Tattoo Studio runs numerous charity events, including the Powys Charity Tattoo Convention raising over £47,000 in the last 10 years.

Jane Stephens, Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre’s Team Leader said, “we would like to thank all at X-Angelus for their continued support and everyone that took the time to attend.

"A special thank you to our two newest MFCC Young Fundraisers who were Santa’s elves as well as helping on the Teddy Tombola stall.

"On behalf of all at Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre, we would like to thank everyone who donated and wish a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all”.
