Incident closes High Street

Police and an ambulance were on the scene of an incident this morning (Thursday) which closed the top of High Street next to Iceland.
An eye-witness told mynewtown that there seemed to be a lot of frantic activity with paramedics seen treating a man on the scene. The incident happened about 9.50am.
“The road was probably closed for an hour and it looked as though just one car was involved,” he said.
