Newtown go to Prestatyn in the JD Welsh Premier League tomorrow (Saturday) boosted by the return of Joe Kenton.
Kenton netted twice and had an outstanding game on his return from injury in the 4-0 win over Aberystwyth at Latham Park last week and is expected to be in Chris Hughes’s starting line-up tomorrow. The Robins have no injury problems.
It’s FAW Trophy day for Mid Wales clubs tomorrow and pick of the draw is the clash at Mount Field between Llanfair and Carno.
The two clubs both sit in the top six of the Spar Mid Wales League and have their eyes on a cup run in the national competition.
After crashing to a 5-2 defeat in midweek against Penrhyncoch Graham Evans takes his Caersws side to fellow strugglers Gresford knowing that nothing less than a win will do.
