Newtown stormed to the top of the Dafabet Welsh Premier League Conference coming from behinf to beat struggling Airbus 4-1 at Latham Park.

Tony Gray headed home off the underside of the crossbar from a corner for his ninth goal of the season on 26 minutes but the lead was brief before ex-Airbus striker Jason Oswell sent a looping header over keeper Shaun Pearson from a Craig Williams cross.

Alex Fletcher then took a hand for the Robins, scoring either side of the break, the first a glancing header from a Luke Boundford delivery and the second a near post finish from Neil Mitchell's pass.

The visitors had former Newtown loanee Obi Anorou sent-off for an elbow on Shane Sutton and Kieran Mills-Evans hammered another nail in their coffin a minute from time.

Guilsfield missed a penalty two minutes from time as they drew 0-0 with Caernarfon.
