Six months jail for Abermule man

An Abermule man has been jailed for six months for perverting the course of justice following a four day trial relating to a sexual assault on a woman.

Erdogan Saygili, aged 44 years, of Abermule, Powys, was found not guilty of sexual assault but guilty of perverting the course of justice.  He was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment.
