They’ve gone hi-tech at the Newtown and  Welshpool branches of McCartneys with the unveiling of state-of-the-art, touch screens.

The screens have been installed to allow people to search for property for sale and to let at any time of day or night on any day of the week allowing people to find the information they need 24/7.

People can use the screens to search for property, request details, book viewings and book a valuation of their own property as well.

“This is of course also great news for people wanting a different approach to bog standard estate agency when looking to sell or let their property,” said McCartneys Partner Tom Carter.

“The new screens give people even greater exposure of their property above and beyond McCartneys’ already unrivalled coverage through their 16 networked offices.

“I’m delighted to once again be leading the way in Mid Wales, raising the standards of agency in the area and increasing the services that we offer to our clients.

“Technology is becoming increasingly important in our industry and we are looking at a number of technological innovations this year to raise the standards even further and offer even more to our clients.”

The new screens are located on McCartnyes office frontages on Broad Street in both Welshpool and Newtown with staff and partners on hand to welcome people wishing to try them out and to give demos and explain more to anyone interested.
