Who shot Caersws cat?

Police are appealing for any witnesses or information to an incident where a black and white cat has been shot with a pellet gun, shattering the bone in its leg.

Luckily the cat survived the attack after the incident which occurred sometime between 7pm to 9pm on Thursday 15^thSeptember in the Bridge Street area of Caersws.
