More misery ahead for Newtown motorists

There’s even more misery on the way for Newtown’s motorists with the closure of Moat Lane Railway Crossing.
The Caersws crossing is closing for barrier maintenance for three nights leaving motorists on the A470 Newtown-Llanidloes road facing up to lengthy diversion.
The crossing will be closed between 10pm and 8am from Saturday, February 19 to Wednesday, February 23.
