A renowned property in Llanidloes goes under the hammer next week and the new owner will receive a set of sales particulars which are 101 years old from when the estate was last sold publicly in 1915.

Vaynor Park is a small estate located on the outskirts of Llanidloes, offering an exciting opportunity to purchase an attractive, substantial main residence currently split into three dwellings, two let cottages, barns with development potential and approximately 43.5 acres of land, some with development potential.

Tom Carter, partner with McCartneys said: “We are genuinely excited to have received instructions to sell such a renowned property and the opportunity presented to a lucky purchaser really is exceptional.

“I was absolutely blown away this morning when my client popped into the office with a set of particulars which are in mint condition from 1915 and explained to me that he would be presenting them to the new owner.

“There is so much more for me when selling property than just putting houses on the market, finding a buyer and sending an invoice. Little touches like this make the process incredibly special and give everyone involved an insight into the incredible history surrounding the property.”

Vaynor Park is to be sold at Llanidloes Rugby Club on Friday 30th September at 6.30pm by McCartneys and joint agents Morris Marshall and Poole.
