Regent slashes Monday prices

Movie goers have been handed a real recession busting treat... to watch the latest releases every Monday night at the Regent Cinema for an incredibly low price of £3.50!

The generous discount has been made by the cinema as it launched its impressive autumn season this weekend with blockbusting thrillers.

“The autumn is traditionally a tough economic time for people with Christmas approaching so we have made the Cheap Movie Monday offer to make it possible to have a night at the cinema at the lowest prices to be found anywhere,” said the cinema’s Richard Thacker.

The offer launches this Monday and will continue through unto the end of the year.

This week, Taken 2 has arrived in town and will be shown every night at 7.15pm with a weekend matinee at 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Killing Them Softly joins Taken 2 nightly at 7pm. It has an 18 certificate and ID will be requested.

Meanwhile, the hugely successful ParaNorman family favourite will be shown on both Saturday and Sunday at 2.15pm.
