Newtown's Park Day Centre has been congratulated by a town councillor for achieving the top hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.
Councillor Richard White recently visited the centre to congratulate them on their achievement. He said: “Park Day Centre does a fantastic job at providing day care for members of the local community who need support. It’s good to know that the food provided there is cooked in a kitchen with such exceptional hygiene standards!
“I would like to congratulate all the staff at the centre for achieving the five star rating and for all the hard work that they do for the local community.”
Susan Watson, Senior Care Manager at Park Day Centre added, “Everyone at the centre was thrilled to hear that we had achieved the 5 star rating. The staff at the Park Day Centre thoroughly deserve to have their hard work and commitment recognised.”
