Newtown residents are to have a chance to comment on Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service's corporate plan.
The service will be at Morrisons supermarket in Newtown on 19 October between 9.30am and 1pm to allow the public to discuss the plan with officials.
"Our Corporate Plan sets out our strategic direction for the next five years. The plan also contains our draft strategic aims and improvement and well-being objectives for 2019/2020," said a spokesperson.
"These Improvement and Well-being Objectives have been set in the context of the significant challenges facing public services, but also reflect an appetite to embrace innovative ideas and new ways of working.
"We will be in various locations throughout the consultation period which runs from the 1st October to 7th December, providing the opportunity for members of the public to ask questions and give us their opinion on the draft Strategic Aims and Improvement and Well-being Objectives."
