“We've found in our two years at 42 High Street that comfort is the fundamental requirement for our customers,” said Andreas Andreou, whose well known Welshpool family run the business.
“The Rieker brand has been a phenomenal success and we've increased our range this year to accommodate demand alongside our proud collection of Summer sandals where customers local and far reaching have come back to comment on how comfortable they were for their holiday.
“They then proceed to purchase new styles for their next trip away, especially from us, and it is always nice to see them return.
“The staff at East Avenue are always happy to welcome you and let you browse without common sales approaches.
“We have been told that the shop looks expensive but many customers have been surprised at how reasonable the prices are and how good the quality is.
