Top comedian’s Newtown date

One of Britain’s best loved comedians has confirmed that he will play a one-off show at Theatr Hafren this spring.

 

Alan Carr (left) will embark on an arena tour later this year where he will play to hundreds of thousands of people.

 

But prior to that, the ‘Chatty Man’ will play a number of select venues to try his new material and to ease himself back into stand-up after four years of becoming one of Britain’s most familiar faces on TV.

 

The Newtown show takes place on April 5 and tickets, priced £20 (max four per person) go on sale at 10am on Saturday morning. Tickets will be available online at www.theatrhafren.com, or over the phone (01686 625007), and at the box office.
