Residential property sales will rise in Mid Wales in 2015, providing more new year opportunities for homeowners to considering buying or selling a home.
According to estate and land agents Morris, Marshall and Poole, the region’s residential property market has been growing throughout 2014 and will continue to see a significant increase in properties available for first time and existing homeowners in 2015.
“We’ve been receiving a lot of enquiries from homeowners considering selling their homes or looking to let properties and it’s a good sign that a large number of properties will be coming on to the market in Mid Wales and Shropshire over the coming months,” said Andrew Turner, Partner at Morris, Marshall and Poole.
“There’s a great deal of confidence in the market and many people who were considering selling in 2014 are now committing to doing something about it.
“And it’s not just larger properties. Many homeowners who were first time buyers are now looking to up-size as they have confidence in the economy, their jobs and prospects, bringing first time opportunities to those getting on to the ladder or looking to invest in property.”
