Customer Care Co-Ordinator

CellPath, a family owned and run company based in Newtown, Powys that  specialises in the manufacture and worldwide supply of consumables, equipment, and services cancer diagnostics, is looking for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator. 

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager the successful candidate will be part of our  Customer Care team and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a  professional, courteous relationship with customers on behalf of the company and  ensuring customers’ requirements are met to the highest standard in a timely  manner, going beyond the customer expectation. 

The individual will be responsible for office-based administration as part of our  Customer Care Team reporting to the Customer Care Manager. 

Applicants must have excellent skills in communication, administration, negotiation,  I.T., prioritisation, reporting, data capture as well as the ability to remain composed in  periods of high workload in a busy office environment. 

An organized, efficient, and confident personality is required. 

Experience in a sales team environment is advantageous but not a prerequisite.

Comprehensive and ongoing training will be provided
