Tourism businesses have the chance to appear in a new brochure to be launched by Powys County Council.
The new 'Out and About in Mid Wales and the Brecon Beacons' will feature attractions and tourism activities in the county. "Out and About in Mid Wales and the Brecon Beacons will include information on local attractions, walking and cycling opportunities, as well as many other activities," said a council spokesperson.
The brochure will be launched at the BBC Countryfile and Gardeners' World Show at the NEC, Birmingham in June and will be distributed through the Tourist Information Network. All advertisers will also receive a free listing on the website www.exploremidwales.com, which received 50,000 hits in 2010.
