SWG Construction (Build & Renovate) Ltd - Meet the Contractor Event

SWG Construction (Build & Renovate) Ltd are holding two Meet the Contractor events, one in Newtown and one in Llandrindod Wells to increase and develop their supply chain for future opportunities, three local contracts, two based throughout North Powys and one in Llandrindod Wells as well as a number of other Contracts in the area covering a range of opportunities. 

Contracts include:

·         Delivering all aspects of kitchen refurbishments to Welsh Housing Quality Standard throughout North Powys to Council housing stock. Contract duration 3 years (plus 1).

·         Re-roofing Council housing stock throughout North Powys. Contract duration 3 years (plus 1).

·         Major refurbishment and renovation works to a development project in Llandrindod Wells. Contract duration (10 months)

·         Various other Contracts

The Meet the Contractor events will be on a drop-in basis to come along to discuss and find out what opportunities are available on these Contracts and express an interest. Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be available.

All trades and experience welcome to come along including roofers, bricklayers, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, tilers, electricians, decorators, kitchen fitters, groundwork teams and skilled/unskilled labour.

Mae SWG Construction (Build & Renovate) Ltd yn cynnal dau ddigwyddiad Cwrdd â’r Contractwr , un i’w gynnal yn y Drenewydd, ac un i’w gynnal yn Llandrindod, i gynyddu a datblygu ei chadwyn o gyflenwyr ar gyfer cyfleoedd gwaith gyda’r cwmni ar dri chytundeb lleol, dau wedi eu lleoli ar draws Gogledd Powys , ac un yn Llandrindod.  Yn ogystal, mae’r cwmni â chyfleoedd gwaith ar nifer o gytundebau eraill yn yr ardal.

Mae’r cytundebau yn cynnwys:- 

·         Darpariaeth gwaith pob agwedd o adnewyddu ceginau i Safon Ansawdd Tai Cymru ar stoc tai'r Cyngor.  Hyd y Cytundeb 3air mlynedd ( estyniad 1 flwyddyn) 

·         Ail doi stoc tai’r Cyngor ar draws Gogledd Powys.  Hyd y Cytundeb  3air mlynedd ( estyniad 1 flwyddyn) 

·         Prif waith adnewyddu ag adeiladwaith ar brosiect datblygu yn Llandrindod.  Hyd y Cytundeb ( 10 mis) 

·         Amrywiaeth o Gytundebau eraill 

Fydd y digwyddiad Cwrdd â’r Contractwr ar ffurf galw mewn, ac yn gyfle i drafod a chael gwybodaeth bellach ar y cyfleoedd fydd yn deillio o’r Cytundebau, a datgan diddordeb.  Bydd Te a Choffi a bisgedi yn cael eu darparu.
