Delyth joins Arthurs team

Three customer service specialists have been recruited by the Arthurs Motor Group which has Vauxhall dealerships in Newtown and Oswestry and a Peugeot outlet in Wrexham.

The strengthening of the customer relationship team is designed to further enhance the level of service given to their Peugeot and Vauxhall customers.

Managing Director Nigel Williams said the Arthurs business had been built on delivering value for money supported by high levels of customer satisfaction.  The latest recruitment drive was designed to maintain and improve the customer satisfaction levels at all three dealerships.

Said Nigel:  “We see this move as a sign of our intent to further grow our business with the aim being centered around looking after our customers better than our competitors look after their customers.

“Our Vauxhall dealerships have been customer excellence award winners over the past five years and, with the odd exception, this has not been replicated by any other Vauxhall dealer in the UK.

“In addition, our Wrexham Peugeot dealership has been top of the Peugeot customer satisfaction league in the first quarter of this year.”

Looking to the future, he said the Arthurs Motor Group was investing in a new website which was intended to be very ‘customer friendly’ for all users and any web enquiries would be handled by the new customer service specialists

Delyth Humphreys, 21, who had joined the Newtown team, had already made a ‘splash’ with her new colleagues and customers, said Nigel.  “Many customers are already feeding back how cheerful she is when contacting them.”

Delyth has lived in Abermule all her life and has many friends in the locality.

Said Steve Hughes, Group Operations Manager:  “The appointment of a Customer Relationship Management team represents a significant investment by the Arthurs Motor Group because we believe that looking after our customers is a top priority.

“They will be in contact with all our customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with the  work we carry out.”
